This series just keeps getting better and better. After falling in love with the first book I found myself suprised when I enjoyed the second book more, then I read this story and found myself that the author had once again managed to suprise me. This is a beauty and the beast retelling with a few twists, for one the genders are switched, our beast is a girl, our belle is a guy. The next twist is that the beast gets a slight reprieve between the hours of midnight and 1am where she gets to be human (well almost human, think wolfman of early hollywood). The fact the girl is not some flawless epitome of beauty is refreshing. The characters are lovable if at times frustrating but thats what makes them feel real. I would reccomend this series to anyone who likes to read, enjoys romance and loves getting lost in a fantasy world.
