This was my second read through of the duology and I love these characters so much lmfao.
As much as the characters shine, the story does not falter. Even though I’ve read it before I was on the edge of my seat trying to find all the hints that would lead to the climax. Leigh has a remarkable ability to weave a tale and it the twists n turns shock me each time.
I cried, I laughed, I had to put the book down because of the audacity (in good and bad ways hahaha). I’m just so emotionally attached to these characters and will cherish them forever.
Love love love this duology and this book really was a great way to end it. Can’t wait to read the king of scars duology for the first time too haha. Nina <333
