Wish You Were Here by Jodi Picoult
3.0
I’m usually a fan of Picoult but this book felt too trite for my tastes. I think she tried too hard to write about a current event that I don’t think will age well and glossed over some of the harsher realities of this ongoing pandemic.
Diana and Finn felt rushed from the get go, and I hate the usage of emails in a novel, but that may be a personal hang up. Mostly I felt relief when I finished the book and I don’t see myself rereading this one.
