I’ve been aware of my sleeping schedule being messed up but this is the first book that actually made me question my sleep patterns. The book basically contains an extensive research of sleep. If like me you know sleep is important but don’t really know enough to care about taking action - this is the book for you. 

I felt like the amount of mentioned experiments and research conducted was a bit more than necessary which slowed down the narrative. However, the value this work holds is too high for you to pass on it. 

Ironically, a lot of the time I was reading this book late at night but I’m at least inspired to try and fix what’s been broken for years 💛 😴
