Just like some other reviewers have said, Konatsu is moving into some dangerous codependency/toxic territory.

When you’re happy that your friend is coming out of their shell and is able to be themselves, yet at the same time you don’t want everyone to see them like that, you want to be the only one who can see their true self...
As incredibly selfish that is, I’m sure we all had that feeling at least with one person in our lives. Sometimes it gets so out of hand, we end up hating ourselves or the jealousy takes the better of us.

Either way, I could really relate to Konatsu a lot during this volume. To the point I teared up a bit.
