All's Well: A Novel by Mona Awad
3.0
follows the bunny trail of woman in normal life - experiences faux-horror magical disorientation - goes back to normal life again. another brief run in with sexism as the only masculine woman desires to be a feminine ballerina secretly - i would look over it if i hadnt read bunny but overall the author's attitudes towards other women continue to disturb. however it does do the bunny thing much better, has some interesting sections as it casts miranda as the king, helen, macbeth, lady macbeth, in both tragedy and tragicomedy. however much like bunny it fails to deliver on horror and peters out gently at the end like songs did before they realised they didn't have to just fade them out
