This was a fabulous book, a book about the women who are murdered by a sociopath.
Really gripping, could not put it down. A book I will probably end up buying for others.
Obviously the topic is a tricky one, but i felt the author really showed these women as real people, and sidelined the guy who let's be honest would usually get the lime light. He has his chapters, and feels real but he is not the authors intended focus.
A comment on the tradegy of the cafe system and the seperation of children from their parents and siblings the half truths and lies told to children and what violence, trauma and a lack of love, can do to a child and the devestating effects.
How the broken system maybe can still work, even if the wheels are falling off.
