There were a number of morally questionable things in the book, but that depends on the type of person you are and the cultural background you’re from. This was summarized in the phrase :
As with any tool, these tools can be used for good or for malice. If you want to find a future girlfriend, wife, or future business partner, a variation of these so-called techniques MAY or MAY NOT work. But at least you’ll have some more ideas for social interaction in your repertoire.
Just know that you can also naturally gain these skills without even reading this book. Neil Strauss did a lot of field-testing (doing it for real), reading, and refining to get where he was at game. So it is theoretically possible for you to learn that without reading this book.
Did he learn it for good of his readers or did he do it for his own hedonistic desires? That’s up to you to decide.
I think we can all disagree with the “negging” technique; heck, even the author himself has advised against that very technique in one of his book interviews. He himself was “negged” by a friend of his, so he should know how it feels to another HUMAN BEING (not just women or men).
I would recommend this book to someone who thinks men are from Pluto and women are from Mercury.
