Okay, so maybe Ketchum’s writing doesn’t exist specifically to piss me off.

I get that this is a big departure from the first book and people are probably mad about that but the ongoing dread here? Fantastic. I found these characters much more compelling and major credit for anyone who can write a 9 year old boy convincingly.
