I think it's important to read this.
The blatant racism in this novel pisses me off immensely.
It was a good story, heavily thought out.
I can't say that I loved it because it just seems wrong considering what the book is about.
This book was meaningful and was definitely worth the read, raising awareness for something that the black community and other minorities possibly struggle with everyday.
It's heartbreaking and shameful how realistic this story was, I don't doubt that stuff like this actually happens in real life.
We need to do better as a people.
