PopSugar 2024 reading challenge #11
Manga! Not a genre that I typically gravitate toward and so for me, this was a special treat. Thanks, of course, to a Secret Santa from a 2023 gift exchange right here on Goodreads.
A spy is given an assignment where he needs to get a kid into a school in order to reach his target. Oh, the spy doesn't have a kid. So he adopts one but then he needs a mother for her, right? Finds one. And this creates this really cute little weird family made up of a spy, assassin, and telepath. Kind of cute. The first installment is this 'family' meeting one another and trying to get the daughter into the school. It has action, humor, some cute elements, and a few serious moments. Overall, I really enjoyed it!
