I had no idea what to expect going into this book and I was pleasantly surprised. From the sprawling, huge world I am used to from the likes of Brandon Sanderson and modern fantasy authors in general, this book took a wholly different tack....perhaps because its classic fantasy. Having a charmingly simple world and plot that I kept imagining being a campfire story that i was being told by an aged and wise old man. Very enjoyable and just so....so easy to read.
