The Marriage Bureau for Rich People by Farahad Zama

At first I thought it was going to be an Indian version of "A Tree Gorws in Brooklyn," where there isn't really a story arc, per se, but rather a depiction of daily life. Then I let myself be okay just visiting a culture with some beautiful clothes and mystery foods and a story arc did emerge. It was a nice, absolutely rated G book, and I would read another of this author's works.
