I cannot say I enjoyed reading this but it was not bad either. The plot is easy enough but there is a bit of mystery surrounding Solitaire, so the book ends up being entertaining. However, I found Tori to be extremely repetitive and it kind of annoyed me because her cinicism is not comical or engaging in any way, at least it wasn't for me. I understand it because a depressed teen would probably be like that and I have to say that Alice Oseman does know how to write teen characters that seem genuine. All in all, I liked it because it has sprinkles of Heartstopper but I did not love it.
