I had started this book awhile back but put it down and never picked it back up. In my defense I’m a huge mood reader and normally not a huge fan of Billionaire romances. I decided to pick this book back up this week and I’m so glad I did. Emery is losing her bookstore (the name is so cute) that’s been in her family for years. In walks Callum with a proposition for her. Callum will give Emery 10 million dollars if she agrees to marry him. She thinks she’s never even laid eyes on this man so she was completely shocked at what he is asking of her. The sexual tension is REAL with these two!!! Like holycrap I was blushing during almost every one of their encounters. Callum speaks like he’s super wealthy and highly educated and that bugged me at times. Like I said I’m not big on Billionaire romances. He definitely grew on me though. Emery was a spitfire from the get go and had me laughing so much. I could see myself in her and I think that’s why I loved her so much. I even texted my husband and told him I understand how he feels now when I act like a “brat” 🤣 The steamy scenes were HOT! If you like spanking and a dominant man, you’ll love this one!!! I’m still all smiles after reading this one. READ IT!!!!
