I thought this book started really strong. I liked the premise and I found the main character to be really interesting. His worldview and the way he puts on a different face and preps for each customer was kind of wild to think about. And the dynamic with Lily added another element to the story which at the beginning was honestly captivating. For a book about someone changing his personality almost every chapter I found the main-character to be really dynamic. And I'm just now realizing that I don't think ever found out his name....

The build-up of the plot kept me interested but the ending fell flat for me. I wanted some more closure regarding Lily and the last 10% just felt rushed. Overall, it made the book come off as anti-climatic even though I did really like it up until the last final bit.
