I didn’t expect what I got when I picked up this book. Did I know it was apart of a series, no. So thank gosh for stand-alone’s. I loved Rae, she was strong, feisty, and an icon. Austin is a dream boat, love him. These two together were a match made in Heaven. The chemistry they had was off the charts. It makes me upset they didn’t get together sooner. The only downside I have to this book is that some disagreement were fixed with simply an I’m sorry. Now don’t get me wrong I know they meant it, but a little groveling would have been chefs kiss. I did however LOVE the spice. Who knew Austin had such a mouth omg. He was f r e a k y in the sheets, whew. The spice simply did not disappoint. Another thing I love was how Rae’s issues were not overlooked, they were discussed and more. Overall I loved this book, this was truly such a great book. I will definitely read the rest of the series!
