Here we go again with another Emily Klepp amazing book that keeps you totally engaged. Every time I read one of her books I know it will be fantastic and as always wanting more.
This follows Malachi who forces Liana into marriage because her father owes him money for medical treatments. I wasn't a fan of Malachi (beast) because of things he did. But after awhile Liana (beauty) starts to fall for him, just as I started to as well. They way they started to explore more about each other and watch as their love unfolds in this book had me captivated.
This book is dark and has subject matter that you need to check before reading. I love Emily's books and have not been let down yet. This is a great Beauty and the Beast retelling and I hope she writes more of these in the future. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, would give more if I could!
