The Girl from Widow Hills by Megan Miranda

dark emotional fast-paced

4.25

This is my favorite Megan Miranda book so far. This also may be her darkest - a complaint I normally have with this author is that the plot never gets dark enough, they read like light thrillers, leaving me wanting more. So this one being a little darker than normal, I really enjoyed.

I like the unreliable narrator, and I liked that she's only unreliable in one specific way, instead of her just being completely untrustworthy.

This story has a ton of twists. Some of them were predictable for me, but I still enjoyed them even when I saw them coming. Overall, a pretty good thriller.
