Napkins and Other Distractions by M.A. Wardell
4.0
So sweet! So spicy! Kent is perfection. He's kind, he's thoughtful, he's so darn sweet, and of course he's a mess and a half. Vincent must be protected at all costs. He's also kind and thoughtful. He's sweet and funny and he works so hard everyday to live with his OCD. I love that he's so upfront about his illness. I also love how Kent doesn't see it as a "problem to fix" or a hindrance in any way. He just sees it as part of Vincent, because that's what it is. He stays with him when he needs someone, he finds work arounds or helpful solutions when Vincent is pushed out of his comfort zone and he complies with Vincent's requests without judgement. These two are just perfection together. I enjoyed the added bonus of the two of them working together and both their jobs relying on the success of this launch. I also sincerely appreciated that these men were not the "typical perfect romance book guys," but instead they were real, they were both over 40, had realistic bodies and appearances, and even their sex life was so realistic and, for lack of better explanation, unique to the romance story world. 3/5 spice levels.
Notes: older MCs, OCD, mental health, co-workers, divorced MC, teachers in love series cameos, great side characters, bi rep, praise kink
