I enjoyed this so much. It’s a cosy read that deals with surprisingly heavy topics. I think what makes this work is that it doesn’t shy away from the hard things but approaches them with a gentleness that feels right for the vibe but doesn’t let itself off the hook. I adored the characters, and the setting is just as adorable the second time around as it was at the beginning of the series.
