This book is great if you're just learning about Sirtfoods and that type of diet. It will tell you what a sirtfood is and what the diet looks like, including what the benefits are of following it. Learn if you can have meat on this diet and the advantages of following. There's also phases to this diet that the book will walk you through. I like that they included a shopping list and how to cook some of the sirtfoods. There's even a 21 day meal plan along with a ton of recipes that you can use.
