It's a very fluff spicy BL and there's no love triangle fiasco thank the lord BUT I thought the  rekindled relationship between the uke and seme was a bit too quick and there was just confusing scenes where you see the uke having pointless tantrums towards seme. I also didn't thought the flashbacks were pointless too like why couldn't it be the beginning tho jeez?! Anyways it's a pretty ok read with simple BL spice even if there's room for improvements...
