Solid 4/5. I read this work out of interest for Alan Moore and wanting to explore more of his graphic novels. This series has all the best parts of 1984ish oppression and resistance mixed in with grit, vigilante justice, and underlying truth. Very gripping, very dark, and very worth the read. England Prevails.
