DNF at 40%… This book sounded really intriguing, but I ended up not like the writing style. The characterization and plot just felt forced upon you instead of gradually unfolding. I also had no idea what was going on most of time (which might’ve just been a me-thing). I wanted to like this book so much, but I just can’t force myself to pick it up again.
