The Silent Waters was my first book by Brittainy C. Cherry and wow what a read it was! It's heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time! I think I felt just about any emotion you can think of and feel while reading this story! Maggie's story is tragic and beautiful and she is a wonderful character! We follow her and Brooke from childhood to adulthood. We get to see the ups and downs of their lives individually and together! This is a story that is powerful, emotional, at times hard to read but most of all of Love and hope! Definitely a story that will stay with you long after the last page!
