This was a great ending to red and the shadows story. I can’t wait to see what comes next in this world!

This Dark Romance is book 2 in the Wicked Revenge Duet. This duet is part of the Grimm River Series. This is a dark romance, make sure to check all trigger warnings before beginning.  The romance in this book is a pre established relationship, that runs intense and strong. The book is spicy, although in this book the plot does outweigh the spice. The spice is very descriptive. The book moves at a quick pace as Red, and the Shadows work together to find ways to take down king, hitting him where it hurts the most. The book picks right up where book 1 left off, moving smoothly into new events, and complications to overcome. The book does give you a nice HEA and closure to the duet, as well as leaving openings and possibilities for the next book in the series.
