True to Devney Perry, this book is adorable, steamy, and full of love.

Set in Calamity, this follows Larke, a teacher and single mom, and Ronan, a lawyer from the city who just moved to the small town, who have a quick, explosive chemistry but start out as a misunderstanding. Until they realize they’re neighbors.

This was a quick read but a perfect comfort book. It was a cozy romance that had an unexpected but very welcome twist, something I love from Perry.

Just go read this because it’s so freaking cute!
