Obnoxiously and embarrassingly horny female protagonist gets deeply psychoanalyzed in something hinging between magical realism, absurdism and nearly schizoid is, if anything, to on the nose for the sort of thing I'd be into. Almost so much so it'd have a hard time living up to it's premise and mood.

But it did live up to it and I loved it's weird fucked tender sad vibe. A straight 5/5, one of my favorite books read this year.
