Wow firstly, did not expect that ending at all!
Secondly, I wanted to read this before the Netflix film adaption comes out and I'm happy I did. I love Wilson work and this was no exception. I felt the intensity and build up and just the frustration black men and women feel daily. Having to "perform" and entertain or white people whilst pushing aside their daily struggles and trauma. Loved it! Can't wait to watch the film and see it come to life and hopefully in the future on stage!
