I just read Heartstopper Vol 5 and This Winter so I figured might as well read this one. I’m so happy I did! I listened to it while I was doing my Christmas Baking and Jayne Entwistle did an amazing job narrating it. It’s hard to believe that this was Alice Oseman’s first book. This story is way more darker than Heartstopper so know that going into it. Tori is just so sad 😞 This isn’t a romance but I LOVED Michael and I wanted them together so bad. It’s nice seeing Charlie & Nick in this one even if it wasn’t a cheerful time. Getting her feelings about finding Charlie was so sad and broke my heart. The thing that happens at the end I wasn’t expecting. I love how Heartstopper is lighter and Solitaire touches on the darker side of that world. Oh and Ben is trash. Didn’t like him in Heartstopper and definitely don’t like him in Solitaire. 

If you want the actress who plays Tori, in the Heartstopper show, to read this book then you need to choose the audiobook with the girl on the cover. I personally love the original narrator, especially since I listen to it at a fast speed.
