Lily's husband David has always promised her the world. He just needs to find a job as a surgeon, which is proving to be difficult. David soon gets offered a job on a private island where he will be a plastic surgeon to the rich. He and Lily move to the island, where they aren't allowed phones and cameras watch their every move. Soon, Lily starts becoming paranoid, and she realises that there is more to this island and her husband's job. 

This was an intense read. I was hooked from the start, and at no point did I have any idea what was going on. I figured out the reason David was unable to get a job, but other than that, I was clueless about everything. 
Yet another great read from this author. I can't wait for the next one.
