A Beautiful Composition of Broken by r.h. Sin

1.0

Where do I even start with this one?

The book consists almost entirely of one-liners.
Lots of these one liners had the same theme & the same words. (Sooo many poems about people not being deserving, broken but beautiful, daydreaming)
If the author would have chosen to collect those poems similar to each other, he would’ve ended up with actual poems, instead of empty one liners.

I may appear to be mad at the one liners but I’m not. What I’m truly mad about is the ego of the author.
Example:
“My response.
Fuck the writers
Who write irrelevant things
About me
Because they’re incapable
Of writing anything as relevant
As what I’ve written”
....bro, you’re poems are all the same, get over yourself and take a seat.
But that’s not the part that had me raging.
It was this:
“Arm raised.
[...] and most of the hate
I’ve received from other writers
Is derived from
Their inability to achieve
What I’ve achieved”

He repeats the same things over and over and over again. You’ve wondered if you haven’t read this poem already..they all sound the same.
The fake deep hides the fact, that his poems have no real content. Hes super busy telling you how many people do not deserve him, how women are basically god and the feminism is so heavy on this, that it makes me question if it’s real.

To underline my reason for rating this book the way I did:

“Aqua.
Drink more water
And stay away from people
With negative attitudes
And petty behavior”

All in all, pretty underwhelming &overrated.
