Fast paced especially in the last half of the book. It's been a few months since I read the first one so took me a bit to pick up the plot lines.

A sweet ending but not as much closure as I'd usually prefer, even from the second book of a trilogy. I would have preferred the chance to linger a little bit more in the final scenes, I think that would have made it feel more finished to me & less like a book cut in half.
