The Printed Letter Bookshop by Katherine Reay

3.0

I always enjoy a good bookshop story and that's why I picked up this book. The book contains a pretty simple story. It is about new beginnings, mending long broken relations, healing one's soul and forgiving. It had its up and down, little twists and turns. The slowly developing friendship between Madeline, Janet and Claire was nice to read. All the literary references in the book had a sort of comfortable feeling.

The book is written from the point of views of the three ladies. Some of the chapters were written from first person point of view and some from the third person point of view and it was really bugging me. All in all it wasn’t a very exceptional book but it had a nice cozy and comfortable feeling about it.
