I am surprised how much I really enjoyed this book. Such an easy read. I completed if in just a day. It flowed so easily. I actually enjoyed it more than any of the books in the covenant series. The character Seth always entertained me from that series. I am glad that they did a spin-off series for him. I am looking forward to reading the remaining books in the series and see how the story develops. Also when they will bring back other characters from the last series. I give this book a 4.5/5
