Personally, i enjoyed Sea of Strangers better, but this was fine nonetheless. I just think it was a bit of a dull read and i ended up continuing only for the sake of finishing it. Because it was short and easy, and i’ve started it anyway, why not earn a book for this year’s challenge?

I think it’s partly my fault though. I’m  starting this on my finals (bad decision yes), where i can’t get too invested and immersed into any of the books i started.   This was no different. 

I think 3 ⭐️ is pretty generous for my reading experience with this book,  but i would like to read it again in my own time to see how it differs!
