The Coach: A Vegas Aces Complete Series by Lisa Suzanne
5.0
please note that the trigger warnings and topes/themes may contain spoilers
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
HEA: yes
POV: dual 1st person POV
spice: several open-door spicy scenes
TWs: cheating (not between MCs), stalking, blackmail, workplace harassment, sexual harassment, injury resulting in job loss, sexism, gambling addiction, underage sex (not described), manipulation, divorce
standalone: all 5 books (plus a prequel, epilogue, and bonus epilogue!!) of The Coach: A Vegas Aces Series
final thoughts: WHAT. A. RIDE! Lisa Suzanne knows how to keep you on the edge of your seat with the angst, the tension, and the cliffhangers! Having all 5 books in 1 was perfect because if I needed to wait for the next installment of Jolene and Lincoln I mightβve lost my mind. The cliffhangers were so well done and left me wanting and needing to find out more.
The tension was perfect, the twists and turns were surprising, and the HEA was fought for and well deserved. This was a great enemy to lovers, second chance, forbidden romance with lots of workplace drama and spice.
