More hockey romance lol. I really loved this authors writing style, and its making her an auto-buy author for me I think!
I really enjoyed that our characters became friends before they got into a relationship. I found their friendship to be really sweet and it just made me happy.
Once again, this book had amazing side characters that I can't wait to read more about. I have found that to be a common theme with hockey romances, is that there tends to be a great friend group and found family vibes which I adore.
Our mmc was protective of Bailey (and understandably so with her asshole ex-bf) which made for some great scenes between the characters! I really loved this book and I loved watching the characters progress throughout the story and grow. I think this may be a new comfort read for me! I cannot wait for book 2!
