This was a reread for me, but this 2nd time around I listened to the audiobook and absolutely loved it. I felt like an elder of mine was reading to me. I listened before bed and then in the morning (took so long to read cause I kept forgetting and rushing to start my day...phew...adulting). 
I'm excited to listen to the other books in the series!
