Back to the world of Mounts Bay!! I loved getting to go back to Hannaford Prep and see more of Lips, Avery and the boys. Lips’ friendship with Avery is one of my favorite things ever. Those two could take over the world and no one would be the wiser. After the roller coaster of a first year, their friendship is rock solid and they would do anything for each other.

Ash, Harley and Blaise still have some coming around to do, but throughout the book Lips’ actions make it clear that she’d do anything to protect their little “family” and not one, not two, but all three of them are slowly falling for her. Each one fighting it because they don’t want to ruin their friendships with each other...

I also loved getting to see more of Lips’ life as the Wolf, and learning more about The Twelve in general.
