‘This is the way the world ends. For the last time’
The way that everything comes together in this first novel is STUNNING. There’s a reason this book won the Hugo award. Writing choices were made, and they were the right choices.
I would like to mention this novel isn’t the most character driven novel, it focuses on plot and themes. However the writing in this is so good, it’s so easy to read and everything comes at the right time. Even though the events described are horrific, the actual wording is so easy to read and understand.
