And only then will I leave this alone, Unknown. Only when the truth is out there and you no longer are.
when I tell you I devoured this book !! I READ IT IN ALMOST ONE DAY I couldn't take my eyes off of it, I truly got into it.
it's not about the destination it's about the journey–most thrillers or mystery books have the same ingredients list and that's ok because it's the whole point in making genres and such but what I'm getting at is that even tho maybe you can pinpoint the ending and the usual elements involved, doesn't mean you can't enjoy the book and that's what I think happened here.
some things I could see it coming, others I didn't, but boy I did enjoy this so fucking much.
pip is an amazing girl. I came to care so much about her and honestly maybe one of the main reasons I loved this book is that she's such an honest and caring person–as well as someone with quick wit and very smart. I loved how you can tell she truly grew up in a healthy environment, she has a family that loves her and friends who support her and idk it was nice to read someone that.. balanced? not just an angst teen just a normal girl with a strong sense of justice.
I liked how fucking smart she was like damn doesn't she want to help me with my uni essays
her and ravi's relationship was very well developed, they went from "allies" to people who cares about each other, I liked how they supported and helped each other, it felt very genuine.
I can't wait to read the next books.
