Thank you for to Pride Book Tours. This is the first book in the fantasy series called "King Spark Chronicles". The story is told from multiple perspectives, following Ally, Pasha, Maher and Fatcoirse. The first half of the book has a slower pace as we get to know the world and the characters. However, the pace picks up in the second half and I found myself more invested in the story and characters. The book has a lovely, sapphic vibe with mythological creatures such as mermaids, and pirates to boot, making it a fantastic read, similar to "Pirates of the Caribbean".
