The Lady of the Mirrored Lake by Jennifer Ivy Walker
5.0
Jennifer Ivy Walker did it again. I was thoroughly enthralled with her writing all over again. I enjoyed The Lady of the Mirrored Lake even more so than The Wild Rose and The Sea Raven, which also received a 5 star rating from me. The writing style is phenomenal with no lack of attention to detail, transporting you into the story with beautiful storytelling skills. I highly recommend this read.
As always, my heat meter is not based on how well the scenes were written. It is based on how often the scenes occur and their length and how filthy/unconventional they were. There were 2 scenes of about average length, and they were very conventional/vanilla scenes. There were some other fade to black type scenes as well. 3/5
