One of those books that made a range of feelings swell up in me, sometimes viscerally, as Vuong's work is prone to do. As soon as I finished it, I wanted to begin it again. Study it. Try my own hand at poetry. There's so much else to say, and nothing at the same time, as I can't put it better than he does. This book and this writer flat-out inspire me.
