Addison has always been in love with Clayton but was too shy to say anything, as he’s famous and has always been kind to her but she was certain that was it. From the day Clayton laid eyes on Addison he was obsessed, scheduling extra meetings just to be able to see her if only for a little bit. So when Riley tells Clayton that Addison will be his assistant while they play a charity event he shuts it down saying he doesn’t want to babysit her- which is the opposite of how he really feels. Addison of course over heard and is bound and determined to prove him wrong.
