"He smells like everything I’ve never had, and he feels like home, and he makes sense out of the broken parts of me."

That reading slump you get after you finish an amazing book when you can't find anything that hits right and everything you pick up seems dull and uninspired because all you can think about is how good that book you just finished was? Yeah that's been me for a few days since finishing Show Me Wonders.

Guys, if you haven't yet read Riley Nash or have his books on your tbr, you have to get on that asap!

I *LOVED* this book. I didn't want to finish it because I didn't want it to be over. Show Me Wonders is book 3 in a series, and it's about Oliver and Jackson who we met in Make Me Fall. Just like that one, SMW packed such a punch, it was a rollercoaster in terms of feelings and it had me literally going from laughing out loud to sobbing within minutes. Sometimes happy crying, sometimes because my heart was breaking.

The way I experienced heartache, intense love, despair, anxiety and pure joy was just so overwhelming in the best possible way.

I just… Gah, I don't even know how to put it into words but I was left with a "this is why I read" feeling when I finished the book.
Riley Nash's writing is so consistently great, and he has this ability to make the characters come to life and to make the reader emotionally invested to the point of wanting to crawl into the book in order to stay in this universe (okay maybe that last part is just me but I want to be friends with these guys so badly and watch them just live the happily ever after they've fought so hard for!)

Oliver and Jackson have this epic kind of love that made me think that if soulmates are real, they're it. The way time and space can't keep them apart reminded me somewhat of Wolfsong and The Darkness Outside Us though both are very different to this one. But that feeling of destiny and love and inevitability, against all odds, and despite everything life throws at them, they still find their way back to each other… Yeah, this is the good stuff!
