I tore through this book. I love a good fast paced thriller and I LOVED The Silent Patient, so I was super excited for this.

Without seeing other reviews, I also dubbed Michaelides as the king of unreliable narrators. Elliot being noticeably more unhinged then Theo. I love the story being told through the crazy playwright, all his pausing and sprinkling in his own thoughts (or trying to backtrack saying he wasn't suppose to give his opinion). The twists were jaw dropping. Those going into this book not having read Michaelides other works will be a lot more blown away, I felt some of the twists were very similar to those in the Silent Patient. Still, such an incredible thriller!
