This is my first book by the author and the book was enjoyable! Chord & Violet had chemistry since the moment they met and I liked how Chord made Violet realise how beautiful and talented she was. He helped her come out of the shadows and the moment when she finally stood up for herself was really great! Overall, this was a very light-hearted and drama free read and I liked all the side characters too. It's just that some parts felt a bit stretched and the whole long distance thing was unnecessary imo. But still, I liked the writing style and the world building. So I'm excited for more from this series to come.
